Lead a cross-organization projects including R D, NPI, engineering, Operations and more
Navigate through all stages of the project design and development lifecycle from initiation through launch
Create BC and project plans including analysed and documented objectives, deliverables, schedules, and tasks
Coordinate and drive execution by multidisciplinary project team both in-house and outsourced in a matrix organization
Define risks and mitigation to problems identified during the development, working closely with the development leaders
Monitoring plans versus execution

Requirements:
BSc / BA in technical degree
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position, preferably in large-scale project management with strong technical orientation in a multidisciplinary company
Experience managing cross-functional programs and work plans
Strong communication skills (verbal and written Hebrew and English) and customer facing capabilities ability to present and deliver technical content in front of companys executives
Ability to work efficiently in a multi-disciplinary environment with tight, fast-paced development schedules
Team-oriented and good interpersonal skills, ability to work well both independently and as a part of a team
Comfortable challenging peers and managers in a healthy and constructive way
system engineering experience preferred
MSc in engineering and/or MBA preferred
PMP certified preferred
