As a Cloud Operation Engineer, youll be a key member in managing our cloud Operation, mainly focusing the production cloud, platforms, monitoring, and automation. In this role, you will be a part of the CloudOps engineers, managing the development and progress of our cloud, and ensuring the performance, reliability, and scalability moving forward while our customer base are growing continently.
What is the job:
Develop and implement Operation automation using tools and scripting capabilities.
Monitor and optimize our cloud.
Work closely with other departments such as R&D, Product and other operations teams to ensure smooth operation and integration of the cloud feature and services, also proactively communicate progress and blockers.
Identify and implement new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
Create and maintain documentation for cloud Operation and processes.

What you need:
An experience of 3+ years in Cloud Operation.
Proven experience working in large scale cloud production, providing mission critical services to large enterprise customers
Expert knowledge of application-level services, CDNs, WAF protection services.
Expert knowledge and experience with WIRESHARK and packets Analysis.
Good L7 understanding experience with load balancers (Alteon/F5/A10) & reverse proxies (Nginx / HAProxy), L7 protocols - mainly HTTP/s , DNS.
knowledge of scripting, automation methods and orchestration technologies.
Linux - 3+ years of hands-on experience and strong knowledge in - configure, troubleshooting and deployment. Must
Networking Knowledge and troubleshooting experience in network communications Routing BGP , TCP, packet analyzing.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for technology and a willingness to learn new things.
Experience working with CSPs such as AWS, GCP and Azure.
Ability to work as on-call engineer (after work time including weekends).
