Bookkeeper

We are looking for a highly motivated, skilled, independent, organized, and dedicated Bookkeeper to join our growing Finance team and lead our day to day tasks and closing process related to AP operations.
Advantage for candidates who can own payroll processes.
Some of what youll do:
Manage full Accounts Payable cycle - expense approvals, invoice recording, payment runs, and vendors and credit card reconciliation.
Responsible for customers payment receipts and bank reconciliations.
Own NetSuite operation and administration.
Manage reporting to Authorities (VAT, Withholding, Surplus, Advances).
Maintain control and reconciliations over intercompany transaction and intercompany balances.
Perform a key role in the period closing process (month+quarter+year) including balance sheet and P&L reconciliation.
Lead improvement and implementations of finance operations and internal controls and procedures.
Review and record reimbursements of employees travel and expense reports.
Assist with any ad-hoc tasks related to finance operations.
Be responsible for the full salary process, including communications with the employees, pension manager and more.
