As our company continues to grow, we're in search of our first in-house IT expert. You will be the cornerstone of our IT operations, managing both hands-on tasks and strategic initiatives. You'll be the go-to person for all IT-related matters, ensuring that our technology infrastructure supports our expanding business.
As IT Specialist you will:
Develop and execute the company's IT strategy, aligning it with business goals, security needs, compliance requirements, and budgetary constraints..
Oversee multi-P&L IT operations and budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
Establish and lead a responsive and effective help desk operation.
Lead and oversee multiple IT projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.
Establish, implement, and enforce IT policies, regulations, and compliance standards.
Collaborate with third-party vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect the company's data and systems from potential threats.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support their IT needs.
Assist with compliance and certification processes, including SOC2, ISO, and other relevant standards.
