2+ years of significant experience in managing a development team
Experience with Python, or significant experience with JAVA /.NET Core and a
willingness to learn Python on the job
Good understanding of Object-Oriented design
Experience with complex SQL queries
High degree of English Communication skills (Oral amp; Written)
Ability to understand customer requirements and see the bigger picture
Experience in self-education and ability to cope with new challenges
Experience with Agile Methodology
Excellent logical thinking and understanding of complex processes
Thoroughness, accuracy striving to eliminate bugs before code reaches QA )
Sense of ownership (ensuring collaborative success beyond personal tasks)
Genuine enthusiasm for software development work
