Tamir Fishman Investment House & the startup FINQ are looking for a front desk receptionist who will be the first point of contact.
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming and pleasant environment for office visitors, including employees, guests, and delivery personnel. Additionally, you will help ensure the reception area is efficient, secure, and enjoyable. This role also involves supporting the HR Manager and other departments as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily reception operations, including greeting and hosting guests, handling deliveries, and assisting employees with day-to-day needs.
- Manage contact with suppliers.
- Assist in HR and department-related projects as required.
- Support welfare initiatives such as events, Happy Hours, and employee travel arrangements.
- Manage and maintain meeting rooms.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in office management or a similar role, preferably in a start-up environment.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach, a positive attitude, and the ability to take initiative.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make things happen.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluency in both Hebrew and English, verbal and written.
- Availability to work 5 days a week from the Tel Aviv office.
