A prominent global financial organization seeks a competent Legal Counsel with land foundation, negotiation, and compliance expertise to enhance their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

??Provide legal advice on various issues, focusing on land foundation, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
??Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents to safeguard the organization's interests.
??Ensure adherence to all pertinent local and international laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
??Represent the organization in legal proceedings and negotiations and interact with external stakeholders.
??Collaborate with different departments to offer legal support on business initiatives and risk management.
??Stay updated with the organization's legal and regulatory changes and offer proactive legal advice.

Requirements:
??Must be a native English speaker.
??3-5 years of experience at a leading law firm in Israel.
??Solid background in land foundation, negotiation, and compliance.
??In-depth knowledge of international law, particularly related to the credit and financial sectors.
??Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
??Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
??Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
