Description :
Lead and grow the IT team
Manage IT integration processes in the field of computing, information security and communication
Management of the integration process, troubleshooting and learning lessons
Management of work plans that include monitoring ongoing IT tasks in front of staff members, assigning tasks, controlling work processes
Define, design, implement technology solutions that align internal operations with the organization's strategic plan
Plan for and ensure project continuity, compliance, and critical security requirements are met across the enterprise
Establish maintain partnerships with IT vendors
Bachelors Degree in a related field
5+ years of experience working in IT
3+ years of experience managing and growing people.
3+ year(s) experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
Deep multidisciplinary acquaintance with the characterization, planning and accompaniment of systemic projects in the field of IT infrastructure
Proven experience and knowledge in computer system, network and information security system integrations
In-depth knowledge and experience with systems from the leading manufacturers in the market (Microsoft, Cisco, checkpoint, Netapp, etc.)
