Finance and Tax Manager

Requirements:
Qualified Accountant: CPA level- mandatory
Maintain Israels statutory books including mapping of US GAAP accounts to local chart of accounts.
Preparation and filing of local financial statements, including management of the external audit.
Work closely with the Corporate tax team based in the USA to oversee preparation and lodging of local corporate income tax returns. Management of corporate tax matters will include income tax accounting and tax planning.
Prepare and file VAT returns in partnership with the European Shared Services Center based in Warsaw.
Ensure local tax certifications are ready on time and pull in vendors certificates.
File statistical reports locally required.
Lead the relationship with local governmental entities, such as the Israel Tax Authority, NIS and Innovation authorities.
Keep frequent contact with all in-country stakeholders to understand regulatory changes / issues and their financial consequences.
Maintain continuous contact with the Warsaw based Shared Services Center
Manage the local bank relationships.
Support procurement initiatives.
Assist in resolving invoices classification issues.
Support local credit, collection and accounts receivable questions, issues and concerns that cannot be resolved directly between customers and NCR Voyixs global infrastructure.
