The company is a worldwide leader in developing, manufacturing and marketing of High Security access solutions for institutional, commercial, industrial, residential and automotive applications, is looking for an Account Manager for its International Customer Service Department.

Job description:
Assuring excellent end to end service to the company's clients abroad: preparing quotes and coordinating them with the client, receiving and handling of clients orders, while prioritizing and monitoring execution within the organization, maintaining proactive contact with the client in order to expand and increase the product portfolio and sales volumes.
Identifying customer needs and providing solutions to logistical and other challenges while sharing and raising flags to the relevant functions within the organization to improve service levels and external and internal customer value.
