CTO

A startup specializing in blockchain de-anonymization is looking for a CTO. As a CTO, you will be the driving force behind our technology, responsible for both strategic leadership and hands-on development. In this role, you will shape our technical vision and architecture, build and scale our R&D function, and play a pivotal role in developing our core product. As we grow, you will be responsible for ensuring our technology evolves to meet business needs, while maintaining a secure, scalable, and innovative infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of the companys core technology, including backend infrastructure, databases, servers, and APIs. - Own the overall technical architecture, ensuring system scalability, performance, and reliability as the business grows. - Establish strong security frameworks and best practices to safeguard user data and prevent unauthorized access. - Drive cloud infrastructure initiatives, integrating services like AWS, GCP, and others as needed. - Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and business teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with company goals. - Build and lead the R&D team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, and overseeing the growth and professional development of the department.
