We are looking for a proactive and experienced ERP projects manager, who will lead the entire company in a complex project of transition to a new ERP system.

Build a comprehensive project plan: examination of alternatives, schedule and milestones, definition of content, budget management.
Map and understand the needs: characterizing business processes for the new ERP system and defining the requirements.
Execution of the project plan, while controlling, reporting statuses to the company's management and ongoing risk management.
Coordination and drive to action of IT personnel, key users, and managers.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration or a related field
Experience of over 5 years in the assimilation and implementation of ERP systems as part of the IT department
Work experience with managing significant IT projects
Deep familiarity with business processes in the field of marketing and sales and/or logistics
High abilities to work under pressure, presentation to senior management skills, and matrix employee motivation
Work experience in industrial companies - an advantage
PMI-PMP certification - an advantage
Experience in cloud projects - an advantage
