This position is a key part of the engineering department that is responsible for multidisciplinary products through the Product Life Cycle (PLC). The position involves extensive communication with local and worldwide R&D departments, parties in operation, subcontractors, production floors, and others. The company is based in Netanya. Responsibilities:
* Lead the HW change on new and legacy products
* Leads product safety compliance Safety and Radio
* Leads DFx and NPI procedures for new products
* Leads failure analysis and reliability testing on all critical aspects of product design
* Components engineer for new and existing products
* Support projects and teams to ensure the design of new and existing products meet quality and reliability and apply validation tests to ensure products meet company standards
* Support local and worldwide production floors
* Published effectively report results to peers and management
* Manage the Spec and requirements of the Battery and NFC
* Lead the HW change on new and legacy products

Requirements:
* B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering.
* At least 5 years of experience in board design with Altium or OrCAD.
* At least 5 years of experience with worldwide compliance / regulations.
* Understanding multidisciplinary products design.
* Deep understanding of electronic design and DFM.
* Knowledge in electronics components, PCB and PCBA design and assembly process, batteries, radio frequency ( RFgreenTxtBg!), IR, testing methods, and knowledge in ATE (Automatic TEST Equipment).
* 3 years experience as team leader is advantage.
* Communication skills verbal, written, and presentation skills in both Hebrew & English.
* Experience in matrixed worldwide organization and ability to work well in a team environment including cross-culture.
* Self-motivated and organized.
* Ability and willingness for hands-on assignment.
