Subsidiaries Controller A leading Energy company is looking for
התפקיד כולל
Provide support to our subsidiaries worldwide in areas of accounting, tax, Sox and other financial issues
Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and local regulatory requirements
Review and verify monthly, quarterly, and annual reports from subsidiaries
Collect all details required for preparing parent company consolidated reports
Facilitate effective communication between our headquarters and international subsidiaries
Oversee and verify various work processes within subsidiaries Participate in various financial projects and initiatives across the group
Travel to subsidiaries for financial reviews and audits

Requirements:
CPA qualified, with experience from a Big-4 accounting firm
Proven expertise in IFRS reporting standards
Minimum of two roles in a global company, preferably with experience in managing financial operations of international subsidiaries
Exceptional English skills, both written and verbal, as the role involves daily communication with international stakeholders
Willingness to travel abroad for work assignments
