Manager of Information Security

Job Description:
As the Manager of Information Security at Made4net, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our information security strategy. You will lead our efforts to protect our data, systems, and infrastructure from cyber threats and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a multi-year security strategy and roadmap to anticipate and address security challenges in alignment with company growth objectives. Update the Companys Leadership team quarterly on the state of the Companys security posture.
* Regulatory Compliance: Lead efforts to interpret and implement regulatory requirements, crafting policies and procedures to ensure compliance across the organization.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with IT, DevOps, Dev and implementation teams to integrate security guidelines seamlessly into all aspects of our operations.
* Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments and gap analyses, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending proactive measures to mitigate risks.
* Monitoring and Controls: Implement robust monitoring systems and conduct regular security audits to ensure adherence to established standards and protocols.
* Security Awareness: Build and maintain security awareness culture via training, phishing simulations, newsletters and more.
