Responsibilities:
* Conduct cutting-edge research on cloud-specific attack vectors, vulnerabilities, and security challenges.
* Develop and implement innovative security mechanisms to protect data stored in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
* Analyze new and emerging cloud security threats and risks, and recommend proactive defense strategies.
* Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate security features into new and existing cloud-based products.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cloud security, compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and industry best practices.
* Publish findings in whitepapers and patents, and contribute to the cybersecurity community through conferences and journals.

* 3+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity research, with a focus on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and data security (DSPM, DAG, DLP, etc.).
* Advanced knowledge of cyber threat vectors and countermeasures, including familiarity with the MITRE framework.
* Proficiency in Python.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Preferred Skills:
* Previous experience publishing research findings in peer-reviewed journals or presenting at cybersecurity conferences.
* Experience with building security products for cloud Storage.
