Analyze customer needs and translate them into requirements.
Understand existing and desired business processes.
Write characterization documents, starting with source to target and ending with the visual characterization of how to access the required information.
Work with Jira, accompanying the development and testing process.
Provide troubleshooting and respond to day-to-day requests.
Understand and analyze data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems.
Work with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, QA, and stakeholders.

Requirements:
B.Sc in Computer Science /Computer Engineering/Information Systems.
2-3 years of experience in Systems analysis - must.
Writing characterization documents for DWH / data Lake House (HLD, LLD) and data modeling.
Writing complex SQL queries.
Knowledge of Big Data architectures and working with NoSQL.
Working with API, XML structure, WS characterization, JSON.
Ability to investigate processes and perform reverse engineering
Development experience with ETL tools - a significant advantage.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
