Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Controller to join our finance team, focusing on overseeing accounting, tax and SOX processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all subsidiary financial reports and controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with proven experience in multinational environments and a passion for working in a dynamic and fast-paced global company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to our subsidiaries worldwide in areas of accounting, tax, Sox and other financial issues.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Review and verify monthly, quarterly, and annual reports from subsidiaries.
- Collect all details required for preparing parent company consolidated reports.
- Facilitate effective communication between our headquarters and international subsidiaries
- Oversee and verify various work processes within subsidiaries
- Participate in various financial projects and initiatives across the group.
- Travel to subsidiaries for financial reviews and audits.
