Job Summary:
We seek a passionate Scientist with experience in designing and optimizing qPCR assays, leading experimental work, and contributing to R&D projects focused on improving cancer detection methods.
The role requires strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues, improve assay performance, and refine workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and optimize qPCR primers for targeted cancer biomarker detection.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve qPCR assay workflows.
Analyze assay results, interpret the data to draw meaningful conclusions, and apply insights to design the next set of experiments to continuously improve assay performance.
Provide the laboratory team with scientific guidance and leadership in project planning and experimental designs.
Contribute to R&D efforts focused on novel qPCR method development.

Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Genetics, or related field with 4+ years of experience.
Proven record in R&D within the life sciences industry or academic setting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and critical-thinking abilities.
Ability to work independently, with strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc).
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
