Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the development, approval, and ongoing management of the product roadmap.
* Oversee the entire development lifecycle of products and features.
* Define objectives, leading metrics, and key results to measure the success of quarterly initiatives. Measure adoption, usage data, and business results from product launches.
* Manage the data aspects of the product, ensuring it meets customer needs and provides accurate answers.
* Empower internal teams with the necessary tools and data.
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
* Write user stories and acceptance criteria, and communicate them clearly to engineering teams.

* 7+ years as a Product Manager with Inbound experience.
* Strong technical background; able to discuss technical constraints and alternatives with analytics and engineering teams.
* data -driven with exceptional business acumen to align product initiatives with business goals.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective user engagement and seamless collaboration with engineers.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights from data.
* Deep understanding of the software development process from concept to delivery.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and focus on high-impact initiatives.
* Highly collaborative and team-focused, yet capable of driving projects independently.
* Proactive, enthusiastic team player.
* Fluent in English and Hebrew.
* Startup experience as a founding team member or founder - a great advantage
