Resource Development Researcher (Maternity Cover)
Conducting qualitative in-depth research on existing and potential donors for targeted fundraising.
Processing and analyzing the data to create profiles of individuals and organizations and prioritizing which donors to contact.
Managing the information on existing and potential donors in information systems.

Requirements:
Experience and in-depth knowledge of various online databases and social media platforms for information research- mandatory.
Mother-tongue level English with strong written and verbal communication skills- mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database management - mandatory.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management ( CRM ) systems like salesforce, or similar tools- mandatory.
An academic background in Research/ Alumni of 8200 / Graduate of Information Research Course- advantage.
Experience with prospect research tools and databases (i.e. Candid - Foundation Directory, iWave, DonorSearch etc.)- advantage.
Experience with the fundraising and the philanthropy world and knowledge of the charity or non-profit sector- advantage.
Additional languages- advantage
