Plant tissue culture specialist
We are seeking a Plant Tissue Culture Specialist to join our growing team.
This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to grow within the company and contribute to the transition of innovative R&D processes into production. Reporting directly to the VP of Process Development. This role will gradually take responsibility for the smooth transfer of lab-based activities to production, working closely with R&D, production teams, and senior staff.
This is a junior-level role with significant growth potential for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
Assist in the transition of R&D processes from the lab to production, ensuring protocols are scalable and efficient.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, including R&D and production.
Support plant tissue culture experiments and help optimize laboratory processes.
Implement new techniques and solutions while troubleshooting challenges in plant tissue culture.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and compliance within the laboratory.
Contribute to improving workflows and processes as the company scales up production.

Requirements:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Plant Science, Biotechnology, Biology, or a related field.
Experience in plant tissue culture is a significant advantage.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and a proactive approach.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Plant Science, Biotechnology, Biology, or a related field.
