XM Cyber brings a new approach that uses the attackers perspective to find and remediate critical attack paths across on-premises and multi-cloud networks. The platform enables companies to rapidly prioritize and respond to cyber risks affecting their business-sensitive systems. We are looking for a team lead to establish a new team inside our Infrastructure group. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a robust technical expertise and strong leadership skills.You must be:
* Independent, responsible and creative problem solver that can crack the most complicated problems on your own.
* Eager to learn new things and also proactively suggest new ideas and initiatives.
* Team player that communicates well with others.

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience of team leader.
* 4+ years of experience in backend development.
* 1+ years experience in C #.
* Experience with Kafka/equivalent queue broker.
* Experienced with Kubernetes/Docker.
* 1+ years or more in Node.js - Advantage.
* Deep knowledge of event driven and microservices architectures - Advantage.
* 2+ years of experience of team leader.
* 4+ years of experience in backend development.
