Senior Project Manager

XM Cyber is the leader in hybrid-cloud security posture management, using the attacker’s perspective to find and remediate critical attack paths across on-premises and multi-cloud networks. We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic software company. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional R&D teams to deliver software projects on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, scrum methodology, and the ability to drive successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex software projects, preferred in SaaS and cloud environments and fostering collaboration among team members. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, scope, and budget
* Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria
* Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
* Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving issues to ensure project goals are met
* Communicate project status, updates, and risks to key stakeholders and senior management
* Foster collaboration and communication among project team members to drive project success
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, support and product to achieve project milestones
* Provide guidance and mentorship to R&D managers and team members
