As a Automation Tech Lead you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our platform through the design, development, and execution of automated tests. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and report issues, implement testing strategies, and contribute to the overall improvement of our software development processes.
Responsibilities:
Architect, build, and deploy a robust automation infrastructure from scratch, tailored to the unique needs of our cybersecurity products.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of automation frameworks and tools.
Continuously enhance and expand automated test coverage to improve software quality and efficiency.
Conduct regression testing to validate bug fixes and ensure that previously tested functionality performs as expected.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues, providing technical leadership and support to the team.

Requirements:
At least 5+ years of Automation developer and 2+ years as an Automation Tech Lead with a strong background in designing and implementing automated test frameworks.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Cyber Security / Networking knowledge/experience - must.
Experience with Python\GO\C#\JAVA
Experience with Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, postman, virtualization, Active Directory, and Windows internals- advantage
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
