About the position:
This full time position is based in our HQ in Tel Aviv and reports to the Senior bookkeeper.
The position entails monitoring payments, credit card purchases, bank transactions, and other financial delights.
The ideal candidate has relevant experience in the field, and is extremely motivated to go above and beyond to balance the books to perfection.
Responsibilities:
* Account payable management - Working with suppliers, receipt and recording of suppliers invoices, New vendor creation (local and foreign) and account payables reconciliation.
* Processing payments to vendors within the ERP system and related Bank uploading.
* Perform daily bank and credit cards reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
* Serve as the focal point for all Supplier-related inquiries by suppliers and in company departments.
* Maintains and balances accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling, and resolving discrepancies.
* Participate in monthly book closing procedures.
* Tackle various administrative duties.
* Daily assistance in the finance department, working closely with the Senior bookkeeper.
* Support Ad Hoc projects.
