Operations Project Manager (Maternity Leave Replacement)

The operations project manager will be part of the operations team, which is responsible for planning, controlling, supervising, and coordinating all operations activities, including production, quality assessment, inventory control, supply, and technical support.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing operations activities and developing project plans
Supervising production lines according to company goals and forecasts
Planning, coordinating, and executing outbound and inbound shipments
Ensuring device availability and allocation for new customers and distributors
Supervising and managing subcontractors
Work on a daily basis with other departments in the company, including business development, sales, R&D, and product
Managing documentation, reporting, and procedures related to shipping, production, and other key processes
Ensuring and tracking appropriate operations team training
This is a maternity leave replacement.
