Leading amp; Managing Group Strategic projects including tracking amp; follow up.
Streamlining Business processes amp; analyze potential improvements
Execution of Core Business work processes improvements
Managing various types of Group Strategic projects (IT, Improvements, BI
dashboards, data science, New structure, New processes implementation) from
end to end: defining Goals, Content, Milestones, Work plan KPIS. Lead the
steering committee, status meetings, control, and implementation
Define improvement plans and objectives that align to the Groups Strategy and
the Operational Excellence Roadmap.
Adjust and implement the procedures to the best practices
Monitoring processes effectiveness using KPIs, auditing, monitoring Corrective
Actions and Training.
Assistance in Performing an annual audit plan and corrective action
Streamlining Business processes amp; analyze potential improvements

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management a Must
Minimum 1-2 years; experience in a similar role / project management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact
professionally with a diverse group of Partners, senior managers, and subject
matter experts
Successful experience of at least one significant previous role in improving and
streamlining projects.
Experience from Consulting Companies in leading improvement processes an
advantage
Experience of designing and implementing a framework of continuous
improvement in a Global organization
Preference for experience from companies in the field of Aviation/ logistics /
shipping /Freight Forwarders- not a must
Track record of following through to ensure closure
High level of English (Writing and speaking)
