Compliance Manager for our Union:
We are a leading provider of multicurrency accounts, our Visa cards, and worldwide money transfer services, is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to ensure our operations meet regulatory standards.
What Youll Do:
* Lead the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to local and international regulations.
* Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate compliance risks in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Oversee monitoring and reporting systems to ensure ongoing compliance and proactively address any potential issues.
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the AML/CFT and sanctions compliance functions.
* Serve as the point of contact for internal Suspicious Transaction/Activity Reports.
* Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for senior management.
* Conduct training sessions to raise awareness of compliance programs across the organization.
* Identify compliance vulnerabilities and provide guidance to mitigate risks.
* Monitor changes in laws and regulations, providing the business with guidance for implementation.
* Ensure timely submission of all regulatory reports, notifications, and requests.
