Responsibilities:
*Collaborate with learning designers, graphic designers, SMEs, and other stakeholders to conceptualize and develop content that aligns with learning objectives.
*Transform intricate technical information into easily understandable and memorable learning materials.
*Write scripts, storyboards, and other content for a variety of learning formats, including e-learning modules and videos.
*Utilize your expertise in learning design to ensure content is structured effectively and promotes learner engagement.
*Employ creative storytelling techniques and interactive elements to enhance the learning experience.
*Continuously seek opportunities to improve the effectiveness and impact of learning content.
*Analyze programs effectiveness, and user satisfaction, and work to improve them.
Requirements:
*Proven experience (2+ years) in content writing, with a strong focus on learning and development.
*Solid understanding of learning design principles and instructional methodologies.
*Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences.
*Demonstrated ability to distill complex information into clear and concise language.
*Creativity and innovation in developing engaging learning content.
*Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*English at mother-tongue level.
