Join the DevEx (Developer Experience) team, which provides a wide suite of developer tools to 2000 engineers across Wix. Help us build a developer platform that supports all aspects of the development lifecycle, improves dev velocity and enables business growth.
Motivate and inspire a team of engineers to create solutions that allow us to build Wixs code base faster, and in a more secure, customizable and efficient way
Prioritize and manage processes to help the team deliver high quality solutions and do impactful work
Mentor and advise your team in their day-to-day tasks, and support their professional development by providing training and growth opportunities
Closely interact with different kinds of stakeholders across Wix
Foster knowledge sharing, both within your team and across the organization

Requirements:
An experienced team lead (3+ years) with strong engineering skills in both front-end (TypeScript, React, wix-style-react, CSS, etc.), and back-end (node/typescript)
Skilled at creating high quality solutions using industry best practices, while navigating product needs and architectural constraints
In-depth understanding of the agile development process and ability to lead projects from inception to completion
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely
Comfortable navigating ongoing challenges and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
Experience with infrastructure, developer tools, and internal workflows an advantage
