Role Overview: The Purchasing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing purchasing strategies that align with the companys overall objectives.
This role includes managing the procurement of raw materials, packaging, services, and general supplies, as well as maintaining effective supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Purchasing Policies:
o Formulate and enforce the companys purchasing policies and procedures.
o Create and maintain an annual work plan for the purchasing department.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree preferred) - Must.
Proven experience in a procurement/purchasing role within an industrial or manufacturing environment - Must.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills - Must.
Proven experience in a logistics management - Advantage.
Ability to analyze market trends and make data -driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
