A biotech company in Rehovot, at the forefront of science and technology, backed by a prominent Venture Capital group, developing novel synthetic vectors for gene and cell therapy applications, is looking for a Research Associate to join the RNA delivery team - It's an opportunity to gain a lot of knowledge at a very high professional and scientific level.
Responsibilities:
Participate in the design and development of a transformative genome engineering technology, using a high throughput platform and advanced synthetic biology techniques, to execute screening workflows through proof-of-concept studies, enabling their translation into genetic and cellular therapies. We encourage production alongside thinking and sharing ideas for development.
Perform experiments in a wet laboratory at a very high scientific and professional level.
Record, analyze and present experimental data.

Requirements:
BSc/MSc with relevant industry experience in molecular biology, genetics, and/or related fields.
At least 2 years of industry experience in IVT, RNA, LNP and molecular assays must
Experience in RNA production and QC, HPLC an advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills, can-do attitude, mission driven with attention to details and troubleshooting mindset.
Outstanding teamwork, able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced and a fast-growing environment.
Flexible to shifting priorities and variable workloads.
