We are seeking an IT Specialist to join our strong team. You will be responsible for all office infrastructure, team computers and equipment, and software tools. Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years IT experience, in both the Apple and Microsoft ecosystems, passionate about technology, and adept at getting SW applications and hardware equipment to work. In addition to your IT responsibilities, we offer the opportunity to support your learning and growth in a junior DevOps role. This is a perfect opportunity for experienced IT specialists that want to expand their skills into DevOps.
In this position, you will:
* Manage office IT infrastructure (network, doors access/security, A/V, etc.)
* Manage all team and system computers (laptops, screens, lab computers, desktops, etc.)
* Manage team OS and application patches and upgrades (Kandji, etc.)
* Resolve technical issues and repairs with all of the above in Real-Time
* Responsible for all equipment inventory, and organization of prototyping room
* Manage all (relevant) SaaS tools, including pricing, licenses, inventory, pro/de-provisioning
* Work on improving our Cyber security (e.g. VPN, etc.)
This is a full-time position located in Tel Aviv, Israel.

* Passionate about technology and savvy in using software and hardware equipment
* Understanding of VPNs and Zero Trust Networks
* Working with MDMs (Kandji and Jumpcloud); preferred
* Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer ( MCSE ); preferred
* Knowledge of scripting languages (preferably Powershell)
* Conversational-level of professional English
