Manage and oversee local suppliers, including selecting new partners, negotiating terms, and delivery schedules. Lead strategic initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency in procurement processes. Develop annual procurement plans to meet expenditure targets while maintaining product and service quality. Foster strong supplier relationships through regular audits and long-term contract management. Collaborate with internal teams such as Production Planning, Finance, and Logistics to align procurement with organizational needs. Monitor market trends, assess risks, and guide procurement strategies. Manage a 250M NIS annual budget, achieving cost-saving targets.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or similar; a Masters degree is a plus. 7-10 years of experience in managing large-scale procurement, with expertise in local and international suppliers. Proven ability to negotiate and manage supplier relationships. Experience leading complex projects and cost reduction initiatives. Hands-on experience managing procurement cycles of at least 100 million NIS annually. Strong analytical skills in financial and procurement analysis. Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken. Proficient in ERP (PRIORITY), BI systems, and Excel, with the ability to work independently and in teams under pressure.
