We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee a team of freelancers working on our Japanese websites. The role focuses on managing communication, quality control, and ensuring freelancers complete their tasks effectively. You will also analyze competitors, create content guidelines, and sometimes hire new freelancers.
Requirements:
* Manage and guide freelancers (content writers, designers, virtual assistants).
* QA their work and ensure tasks are completed on time.
* Analyze competitor content and market trends to improve our content.
* Create content guidelines based on research.
* Hire new freelancers when needed.
Requirements
* Native-level Japanese.
* Business-level English.
* Strong communication and team management skills.
* SEO knowledge (advantage, not required).
* WordPress experience (advantage, not required).
