A leading nonprofit organization is seeking a Chief Development Officer (CDO)
to lead the organizations strategy and fundraising efforts.
Location - Remote (Israel).
Reports to - Board of Directors.
Job Type - Full-time.
Key Responsibilities -
Fundraising Strategy Execution -
Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with the mission and objectives of the organization in Israel. This includes major donations, corporate partnerships, events, and legacy giving.
Donor Cultivation Stewardship -
Identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and foundations. Lead donor engagement initiatives to deepen connections with current donors and expand the donor base.
Grant Writing Management -
Oversee the preparation of grant applications to foundations and governmental bodies.

Bilingual (Hebrew and English) - Must.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage donors and volunteers - Must.
Strong organizational and project management skills - Must.
Experience working with nonprofit boards and managing volunteer teams - Advantage.
Strong network of contacts within Israel's philanthropic and corporate communities - Advantage.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Monday) and fundraising software - Advantage.
Proven experience in fundraising, development, or a related field, with a track record of success in securing major donations and managing donor relationships - Must.
