Global Tax Manager Roles and Responsibilities: TP Lead Leads the implementation and improvement of TP processes across the SE group Leads the creation of required TP documentation, including global Maser File, local files and country-by-country reports Ensures inter-company agreements are in place that align with the business models and practices of SEs inter-company transactions Tax Lead Israel and Subsidiaries Leads all tax matters (corporate income tax, transfer pricing, VAT/indirect local taxes) in Israel and the subsidiaries, ensuring the local SE companies are in full and timely compliance, local tax risks are managed and tax positions optimized. Oversees preparation of local tax returns, forms, TP documentation and policies required by the law for entities in the relevant countries. Leads the application for, and compliance with, tax incentives for R&D and production Oversees the preparation of periodic tax provision for Israel and the subsidiaries. Lead tax controversy, as needed, in the relevant countries. Ensure timely payment of respective tax liabilities. Actively support improvement of tax positions and effective tax rate. Tax Business Partner to HR Serves as tax business partner to HR, in issues related to the companys equity plans and relocations.
