Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of process engineers and subcontractor vendors.
* Lead the transfer from R&D to production of innovative Silicon photonics Devices.
* Optimize product design and process for high volume mass production.
* Investigate product failures to uncover root cause and define short/ long-term solutions.

Requirements:
* 5 + years of experience as a hands-on Process Development Engineer in micro-electronics packaging / MEMS or electro-optical.
* Familiarity and understanding of CMOS Fabrication process.
* Experience in Carrying out Failure Analysis investigations for Micro-electronics an advantage.
* Experienced with transferring product from R&D to Mass volume an advantage.
* Willingness to travel aborad.
* Knowledge of Manufacturing practices and data Analysis.
* Hands on experience.
* Familiarity with Python /MATLAB/LabVIEW an advantage.
Education
* B.Sc./M.Sc. Degree in Engineering or Physics
