Requirements:
Required Skills:
Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Information Systems
/ another relevant degree mandatory
At least 3 years of experience as a PMO mandatory, preference for
experience in headquarters roles / technological domains / information
systems
Familiarity with MS Project mandatory
Familiarity with JIRA mandatory, significant advantage in writing JQL
queries in JIRA and familiarity with additional project management
systems
Experience with AGILE methodology an advantage
Proven experience in implementing and integrating new work processes
Social Skills:
Assertiveness
Ability to distinguish between main and minor issues
Ability to lead as a proactive force, not as a result
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Analytical thinking, ability to work under pressure, and dedication to the
role
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Self-learning capability and ambition
High interpersonal communication skills
Strong empathy and people skills
High level of English, writing, reading, and speaking
