Your Responsibilities will require you to mainly:
* Manage the company's IT infrastructure resources
* Install, configure and maintain servers and networks
* Manage the company domain including GPO, DNS, DHCP etc.
* Provide hands-on local & remote support and higher-level troubleshooting
* Assist with management of infrastructure licensing and purchases
* Assist with information security components such as firewalls, EDR etc.
* Manage servers and network equipment locally and remotely
* Manage a VMware virtual environment
* Run maintenance and procedures on various environments
* Perform system upgrades
* Manage data backup and recovery, security and administration
* Manage HP Storage and other cloud resources
* Maintain backups, replications and safeguarding of company data
* Assist with Disaster Recovery and Incident Response activities
* Document various policies and procedures
* Execute infrastructure-related ongoing tasks and projects
* Sustain network integrity, server deployment, and data security
* Troubleshoot system and network based problems
* Proactively monitor and search for metric anomalies
