we are looking for a Frontend Staff Engineer
What You'll Do:

Play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our front-end development strategies in React.
You will be responsible for designing and leading the development of scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.
You will guide, mentor, and lead strategic processes for the frontend development teams.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams,providing technical leadership and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Requirements:
4+ years of experience with frontend frameworks such as React & Typescript.
7+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong background in architecting and building complex & large web applications.
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Experience in writing code in Agile, CI/CD environments.
Proactive approach with ability to organize self and work effectively.
Team player with strong communication & collaboration skills.
Experience with MobX - Big advantage.
