We are looking for a Executive Studio Manager.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Oversee studio team operations, prioritizing and coordinating projects, ensuring high standards, and resolving complex issues.
Directly manage team leads, guide recruitment, training, and mentoring, fostering a positive and creative work environment.
Lead strategic projects from sales to delivery, coordinating with clients and internal teams, managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
Manage client relationships, align with company strategy, and ensure client satisfaction through professional sales leadership.
Mentor designers and art directors, ensuring skill development and quality.
Present product concepts and digital services to clients, including research, ideas, and strategic solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Requirements:
8+ years of experience in the field.
5+ years leading design and UX processes.
3+ years managing teams or studios.
Proven project management experience (budget/timeline/people/client).
Multidisciplinary experience (mobile, desktop, various fields/technologies).
Passion for design and innovation, with a creative, out-of-the-box mindset.
Proven management experience in leading a large design studio or team with a strong digital product portfolio. International team management is a plus.
Demonstrated project management skills, including budgeting and task management.
Sales and client management experience, including professional leadership in sales processes.
Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
Strong mentorship abilities for training managers and designers.
Deep understanding of UX principles and design methodologies, with experience in qualitative and quantitative research.
Proficiency with design tools like Adobe CC, Figma, etc.
High-level English proficiency.
