We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, enthusiastic Assistant Controller, with a wide accounting knowledge to undertake all aspects of financial management.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with our bookkeepers, support and advise them on accounting and tax-related matters.
Manage the review of the bookkeepers work and the month-end closing processes.
Support the preparation of tax reporting and filing (sales tax, VAT).
Co-own revenue recognition process with the AR manager.
Co-lead preparation of financial statements, statutory reports, and tax returns.
Support the billing and collection activities.
Work closely with the Controller on a variety of projects and processes.
Assist and support with special company projects, mainly related to process automation.

Requirements:
CPA with a Big 4 accounting firm experience in the high-tech sector- a must
At least one year post internship.
US GAAP knowledge a must
ASC606 knowledge - Advantage
Familiar with US tax returns - Advantage
Fluent English (spoken and written) a must
Highly motivated and committed
Team player, with good interpersonal and communication skills
High attention to details
Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking, prioritizing, and meeting multiple deadlines.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
CPA with a Big 4 accounting firm experience in the high-tech sector- a must
