We are looking for an IVT (Integration Verification Testing) team leader to join our team.
Responsibilities:
As an IVT team leader, you will manage a global team of 4 talented Hardware Integration Technicians (Israel & US), focusing on installing, configuring, testing, and debugging Storage systems during the manufacturing process to ensure the high quality of INFINIDAT products. The star candidates are great team players. They should also be sharp and assertive, able to communicate their opinions in a confident and clear manner. This position requires high execution levels, technical skills, and the ability to interact properly and efficiently with various teams at Infinidat and subcontractor technicians

Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience as a Manager/ team leader, experience in data Storage is an advantage.
* Familiarity with hardware components such as servers, network cards, Storage drives, etc. mandatory.
* Experience in reading logs ( Linux CLI environment), analyzing and providing the right Rejection Criteria. mandatory.
* Experience in Linux filesystem and commands (pull out logs, filter them, create new files, etc.) mandatory.
* Linux Certification - an advantage
* Highly independent in execution, organized, dedicated, and Excellent communication skills. Fast self-learning capabilities.
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
* Strong problem-solving approach and a strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate future challenges.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* High proficiency in English
* Excellent documentation capabilities
* Knowledge of IP networks
* Experience with execution, debugging and writing Python /Bash scripts - an advantage Important:
* Hands-on position
* During EOQ, Friday shifts are sometimes required.
