Business Applications Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Applications Manager to oversee the overall management and maintenance of our business applications, including Salesforce, Clari, TaskRay, NetSuite, HubSpot, Outreach, Rattle, PeopleAI, and others. The Business Applications Manager will ensure data quality, manage interfaces and connectivity between business applications, and work closely with RevOps, CSOps, and MarketingOps teams to align and implement changes effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to system improvements.

Responsibilities
Ensure the effective functionality and integration of the company's applications.
Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across all business applications.
Develop and maintain APIs and other integration points.
Align business applications with business processes and strategies.
Lead and projects, from planning through to implementation and review.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project success.
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting.
