Responsibilities:
Handling the entire Israeli payroll process (A to Z). including receiving, validating, and completing payroll-related forms and activities while compliance with schedule and providing the best service to the employee.
Handling onboarding and terminations processes.
Continuous updates of Hilan payroll system and employees data base.
Act as a focal point on payroll related questions and requests in a professional and helpful manner.
Successfully maintaining internal and external work interfaces HR, Finance and Admin teams, Insurance Companies, official authorities etc.
Calculation of the monthly salary of the company's employee. From collecting all the necessary data through accurate updating and production of reports and controls in accordance with required standards and regulations.
