The Organizational Development and Internal Communication Director is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving large-scale, cross-company projects that enhance organizational effectiveness and foster a cohesive and engaged workforce. This role requires a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, HR processes, change management, and internal communications.
The position is a temporary replacement for maternity leave.
What am I going to do?
Develop and implement organizational development strategies that align with the companys mission, vision, and goals.
Lead large-scale cross-functional projects, involving various stakeholders, while ensuring seamless execution.
Partner with senior leadership to identify and address organizational challenges and opportunities.
End-to-end design and execute change management initiatives to support business transformation and growth.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other interventions to support managers, employees, and c suite.
Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies that enhance employee engagement and foster a positive organizational culture, based on the messages we wish to implement.
Hands-on writing high impact communications related to HR initiatives, company changes, business updates etc.
Ensure clear, consistent, and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
Manage internal communication channels, including Slack messaging, newsletters, and town hall meetings.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Collaborate with HRBPs and other departments to ensure smooth operations of the OD &IC goals.
Navigate organizational nuances and influence decision-making to achieve desired outcomes.

Bachelors degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration or consulting, or a related field.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in organizational development and internal communication - a must. Preferably in a high-tech environment.
A proven track record of successfully leading and executing large-scale, cross-company projects.
Strong understanding of organizational dynamics, change management principles, and internal communication best practices and methodologies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills.
