Bookkeeper

We are looking for an experienced, talented bookkeeper to join our finance team. The finance team is responsible for ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, maintaining up-to-date ledgers, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and generating financial reports to support informed decision-making and financial planning. This position reports directly to the Company Global Controller.

In this high-visibility and influential role, you will ensure accurate financial records, provide timely reports, and support audits while collaborating with various departments.

Responsibilities:
Record daily financial transactions, including purchase invoices.
Prepare and manage ongoing payments.
Reconcile supplier statements with invoices and payments.
Issue invoices to customers.
Reconcile bank statements.
Process credit card receipts.
Prepare journal entries.
Record and manage employee expenses and global travel reports.
Handle financial reporting to Israeli authorities (social security, income tax, VAT, forms 856, 126, etc.).
Participate in preparing monthly budget analyses.
Support cross-company projects.
