The Sales and service business operations team is looking for a Business Operations Student to support our sales and service operation teams as we manage company growth and business expansion, and to assist in business data management with the day to day sales and service administration and operational tasks.
What you will be doing:
Be responsible and owner for Sales and Service BO Reports, control and follow up.
Initiate the process from CRM/ERP and any related applications. Collaborate with global teams to address status updates, identify gaps, and take necessary actions.
Create data analysis and focuses for the ongoing activities such as quotations, orders, opportunities, and deliveries defined by the department leads.
Manage and analyze data to create visibility on Orders, backlog, agreements, service calls, inventory, etc.
Work closely with the sales and service operations managers on customer activities forecasting, to support resources allocation and any special need.
Support our management with official documents required by the customers and support our agreements and document system and process to get approval and improve customer experience.

Requirements:
BA / B.Sc in Industrial Engineering and Management / Business Management student with 2 years remaining
Fluent English Speaking, Reading, Writing

Strong analytic skills
Strong excel skills Must be proficient in Excel (including formulas, functions, pivot etc..)

Fluent English Speaking, Reading, Writing
